Free parking behind clinic
Drive down Lomond Avenue from Aberfoyle Crescent. Just before the dead end, where the TTC parking lot begins, turn left, and speak with the parking attendant. Tell them you're here for an appointment with CReATe West Fertility, and you will be given free parking.

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) currently offers coverage for a single In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) cycle per patient, per lifetime. CReATe West Fertility has been officially approved by the Ontario Ministry of Health to provide OHIP-funded fertility treatments.
Non-OHIP patients can self-refer by completing the form below.
